The first edition of Lightstory is out.

From now on, Hoffmeister will report on projects and project partnerships under this title. Individual chapters will look at special lighting solutions and innovations from both a lighting design and lighting technology point of view.

Regardless of the project dimension or degree of awareness of the initiators, the individual editions will cover all phases from the idea to the finished project. Product developments will also feature in this medium's irregular publishing cycle.

The limits of individual disciplines can be exceeded within Lightstory. Limits between high and mass culture, between artistic, design and architectural aesthetics, between virtuality and reality. It's not only that which can be defined as correct or objective according to the discipline's system-internal criteria which counts.

Lightstory generates emotions in an intensive experience. Intellectual pleasure, the imparting of scientific knowledge or simply a source of visual inspiration.
