DL Doppelfokus

The luminaires in the Hoffmeister double focus series have been developed for use in theatres, concert halls, seminar and conference rooms as well as in multi-purpose entrance areas and foyers.

Pivotable variants can be implemented for sloped ceilings up to 30°. Models which can be mounted from above are also available for accessible ceilings. These luminaires require only a very small ceiling section.

With their special reflector form the luminaires in the double focus series provide for very high luminous output with a small light exit aperture and optimal glare suppression. The optical system is constructed so that the illuminant is placed in the first focal point, whilst the light is concentrated at the second focal point in the region of the "DARK" anti-glare reflector. This allows for homogeneous illumination, even from great heights.
